Article 1 — Purpose

These terms govern sales of handcrafted t-shirts on xotkos.com. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms.

Article 2 — Products

XOTKOS t-shirts are handcrafted creations decorated with phosphorescent pigments. Due to their handmade nature, slight variations may exist between product visuals and the final item.

Article 3 — Prices

Prices are shown in euros (€) inclusive of all taxes. Shipping costs are displayed before order confirmation and vary by destination.

Article 4 — Order & Payment

Orders are confirmed upon full payment via Stripe (credit/debit card). No customer account is required.

Article 5 — Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 3–7 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery times then depend on the carrier and destination.

Article 6 — Right of Withdrawal

Under European law, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, excluding personalised products. To do so, contact us at contact@xotkos.com.
